It may take around 25 days for an item to reach back to us once you return it. Once It is received at our Product fulfillment facility, it takes around 2 business days for us to process the refund within 3-5 business days the refund amount will be credited in your account.
A return label will be required to return the item that you have to manage at your own expense. We will automatically refund a certain amount for return postage costs mentioned on receipt of the item but if in case your return postage exceeds that amount; there will be need to contact our Customer Service Center so as to initiate a refund of the remaining postage cost as well. If an incorrect, defective or damaged item is returned, full postage cost will be refunded, with your Import Fees and all the Deposits once your item is processed for return.
